Tall Ships

There's always something cool going on here in the summer, and today it's a trip to see the Tall Ships, by special invitation from Marianne and Arthur! Their condo near the breakwater in Rockland

offers pretty much THE best view of this wonderful event, and we all had such a nice time sitting on the grass and chatting, enjoying a lovely lunch, and then walking the breakwater (that's Aidan and Ollie walking out). We were especially glad that Carole and Maurice were here to enjoy this with us, because it's just the sort of thing that (otherwise) would have prompted us to say , "Oh! Carole and Maurice would love this!!" Maddie looked especially sweet in her new sundress. :-) What a gorgeous day.
