Ollie's First Homework Ever!

On Tuesday of this week, Ollie came home with his first homework assignment EVER!! It was to practice writing his name, once that evening, and then three times today (Wednesday). Instead of writing it just once on each line, he decided to write it twice. Each time we talked about the letters and how he could try writing them differently (making the "i" shorter than the "l," looping the "e" around, etc.). He was a bit distracted this afternoon and not very careful, but this evening - bam! His last two "Olivers" are incredible!! He was sooooo proud of himself, as you can see from his big, beaming smile. I'm sure he can't wait to bring it back to school tomorrow and give it to his teachers. Our big boy!!!
